At WebAmigo Technologies LLP (hereinafter "WebAmigo", "we", "us", or "our") we respect your privacy and we are committed to this privacy policy ("Privacy Policy"). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect and process your information collected on or made available through website and WebAmigo services ("Service").

What information we collect

We collect business and employment related personal information such as your name, contact number, address, email address and information related to business, profession and employment such as company name, job title and other information that are available in various publicly available sources in order to provide valuable information through our Service to customers for identity verification, decision-making and other business purposes.

  1. Customers - We share your information with customers who have subscribed to our Services.
  2. Applications and Platforms - We may share your information with the providers of applications and platforms that integrate with WebAmigo in order to provide data enrichment services to their users.
  3. Service Providers - We may share your information with third party service providers we engage in order to provide services such as service operations, web hosting.
  4. Law enforcement and legal purposes - We may also share you personal information with law enforcement authorities, government authorities and other similar authorities in order to comply with applicable laws, regulations, statutes or under a court order, government request or any legal process.

Only you or an agent authorized by you can exercise your rights with respect to your data. However, you cannot exercise your rights if i) we are not able to identify your identity; or ii) details are insufficient to exercise the rights. We will make our best efforts to respond within 45 days. We will notify you if it will take longer time to respond.

Children's information

We do not knowingly collect or use information from children who are under 16 years of age. If you believe that we have information of children below 16 years of age, contact us at 'privacy@webamigo.com' and we will take necessary steps to delete information of such children.

Security

We will implement and maintain appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal information. Since the customer organizations that use the Service are responsible for their own compliance with applicable laws and implementing appropriate security measures, WebAmigo does not assume any responsibility or liability for customers' actions in this regard.

Modifications to the Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time for reasons such as change in our data collection, use and disclosure practices, compliance with applicable laws. In case there are significant modifications in the Privacy Policy, we will notify you regarding the modifications before such modifications become effective.
